Restaurants and brands buy advertising space on these bags, and our backend syncs what's shown on each bag to real-time signals — like which orders are out for delivery and what time of day it is.

How does BlinkBag work?

•Restaurants and brands sign up through our dashboard and upload their ad creative.
•Delivery riders wear our LED-display bags during their normal shifts on platforms like Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats.
•Our backend pushes the right ad to the right bag at the right time, based on location, time of day, and live order activity.

The result: thousands of impressions across Edinburgh's streets every week, with measurable reach by neighbourhood.

What is Live Order Sync, and why does it matter?

Live Order Sync is BlinkBag's signature feature and the reason we exist. Its an exclusive feature for Restaurants only.
When a restaurant gets an order on a delivery platform, our riders will switch and display that restaurant's branding on the bag carrying that order. The person who placed the order — and everyone the rider passes on the way — sees the brand at the exact moment of fulfilment. It closes the loop between ad spend and real-world delivery in a way no other format does.

Where does BlinkBag operate?

We're live in Edinburgh, with our pilot launched across central neighbourhoods including Leith, Newington, Tollcross, and the Old Town. We'll be expanding to more of the city

What packages do you offer?

•Blinkbag Standard — £199/month (£149/month for pilot partners)
•Blinkbag Pro — £449/month (£349/month for pilot partners)

Pilot pricing is locked in for the duration of your subscription if you join during our Edinburgh launch phase.

What's the difference between Brand Visibility and Geo-Target Visibilty?

Accepted Answer

Basic Visibility gives your brand rotating coverage across our entire active rider fleet during peak hours. It's the simplest way to get street-level visibility across Edinburgh.

Geo-Target Campaign lets you choose specific neighbourhoods on map(e.g. "only show my ad in Leith and Newington") and includes deeper analytics on where your impressions are happening. It's built for restaurants who want to drive footfall to a specific location.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Our packages are monthly subscriptions with a one-month minimum. You can cancel any time after the first month with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your renewal each month than lock you in.

How will I know my ad is actually working?

Accepted Answer

Every advertiser gets access to our dashboard, which shows impressions by Per-Order Ads, time of day, Your Ad QR code scanned and Daily Screen Time. For Geo-Target campaigns, We can't promise specific footfall numbers — outdoor advertising doesn't work that way — but we'll show you exactly How many Times your ad played on your specified location.

What kind of ad creative works best on a BlinkBag?

Bold, simple, and high-contrast. Our bags use bright LED displays, so designs with strong colour blocks, large legible type, and minimal text outperform busy, photo-heavy creative. Think "billboard, not brochure." Our team will help you adapt your existing branding if needed — included in every plan.

Question 10

Can I change my ad mid-campaign?

Accepted Answer

Yes. But there are few conditions .To ensure the best possible audience engagement and maintain our viewership guidelines, new creative ads can be uploaded every 10 days. Once submitted, your updated ad will go live across our entire fleet within 48 hours after our strict review on you ad.

How quickly can my campaign go live?
